Job summary

FUJIFILM Americas in Greenwood, SC, seeks a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 12 and drive maintenance excellence in an imaging division environment. You will partner with Production Management on repair priorities, lead equipment installations and layout changes, and manage the maintenance budget while promoting continuous improvement across the operation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires advanced mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and 5+ years of

Qualifications

• Technical degree or trade certification or 3-5 years of applicable Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles including 5S, root cause, waste, and Gemba.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to other corporate sites and industry-related training/events.
• Advanced mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend service manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Drives initiatives and communicates with the technical team to meet daily operation needs.
• Partner with Production Management on equipment repair priorities based on customer demand and SLA.
• Lead projects including new equipment installations and facility layout changes.
• Manage the maintenance budget and ensure it stays within budget.
• Utilize and sustain maintenance applications that support preventive maintenance and KPI tracking.
