Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 12-person maintenance team in Greenwood, SC. The role focuses on driving a proactive, customer-focused operation and aligning with leadership to meet daily needs.

The position requires Lean manufacturing knowledge, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting expertise, and strong communication to manage projects and budgets. On-site work with opportunities for continuous improvement are offered.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles including 5S, root cause, waste, and Gemba.
Advanced mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to read and comprehend service manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Drives initiatives and communicates with the technical team to meet daily operational needs.
Partner with Production Management on equipment repair priorities based on demand and SLA.
Lead projects including new equipment installations and facility layout changes.
Manage maintenance budget and ensure it stays within budget.
Utilize and sustain maintenance applications to support preventive maintenance, parts utilization and KPI tracking.
Standardize procedures and apply Lean principles to improve efficiency.
Communicate with customers internally and externally in a timely manner.
Oversee project completion with Operations Manager within budget and timeline.
