Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation in Greenwood, SC seeks a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 12-person team and drive a proactive, customer-focused operation. You will partner with production management on repairs, install new equipment, and manage budgets while promoting Lean improvements.

The role requires a technical background, Lean knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills, with ability to travel to other sites and train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3–5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles including 5S, root cause, waste, and Gemba.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to other corporate sites and training/events.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend service manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to meet daily operation needs.
• Coordinate with Production Management on equipment repair priorities based on demand and SLA.
• Lead projects including new equipment installations and facility layout changes.
• Manage the maintenance budget and keep it within plan.
• Support preventive maintenance, spare parts usage, and KPI tracking.
