Qualifications

• Demonstrates problem-solving using why-why analysis and related tools.
• Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and PLC programs to troubleshoot.
• Documents maintenance procedures and trouble reports clearly.
• Works with cross-functional teams and participates in projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair to improve equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and PLC programs.
• Document maintenance procedures and work reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and other departments.
• Participate in MOC processes and training.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and log in Maximo.
• Support on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance as needed.
