Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
Technical school degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
7–10 years IT or informatics experience with ambulatory, clinical, or audio/visual applications.
Experience with project life cycle and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Oversee PACS/RIS and ensure high performance and reliability.
Integrate imaging technology with EHR and other systems.
Analyze workflows and optimize processes.
Troubleshoot image viewing, transmission, or storage issues.
Provide training and user support for radiologists and staff.
Coordinate with vendors for implementations and upgrades.
Monitor quality assurance and delivery of diagnostic information.
