Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking an Imaging Patient Services Specialist to connect Radiologists and referring providers by phone to discuss STAT findings. The role assists with scheduling and data entry in Fuji, serving as the first contact for providers and coordinating with the Director of Ancillary Services.

The position requires strong customer service, solid computer/phone skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Radiologic experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle high-volume calls.
• Proficient computer and phone skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handles multiple calls and texts with exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of special procedure scheduling (facilities, protocols, procedures).
• Communicates with Radiologists and referring providers to ensure proper communication of STAT findings.
