Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Punta Gorda, FL, is seeking an Imaging Patient Services Specialist who connects Radiologists and providers by phone to discuss STAT findings. You will support the Director of Ancillary Services, handle high-volume calls, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry in Fuji.

The role requires sharp communication, computer and phone skills, and attention to detail in a busy clinical setting. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

Job Description SummaryHours & Location:Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm315 E Olympia Ave, Punta Gorda, FLThe Imaging Patient Services Specialist deals directly with Radiologists and referring providers to connect them via telephone to discuss STAT findings. Works directly with the Director of Ancillary Services tracking issues and questions from providers. They are the first point of contact for Radiologists and referring providers to connect. The candidate must have strong customer service skills through effective handling of the incoming calls from providers. Candidate must possess strong computer skills as well as phone knowledge and procedure scheduling to handle incoming calls effectively.How will you make an impact & RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
