Job Description SummaryHours & Location:This position is PRN, working hours or shifts as needed!!No weekends or major holidays!Covering multiple locations in Naples, FLThe Imaging Patient Services Specialist deals directly with Radiologists and referring providers to connect them via telephone to discuss STAT findings. Works directly with the Director of Ancillary Services tracking issues and questions from providers. They are the first point of contact for Radiologists and referring providers to connect. The candidate must have strong customer service skills through effective handling of the incoming calls from providers. Candidate must possess strong computer skills as well as phone knowledge and procedure scheduling to handle incoming calls effectively.How will you make an impact & RequirementsJob DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
