Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Minnesota. You will greet patients, register them for imaging, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with insurance verifications in a cheerful, professional manner.

This casual/temporary role supports various shifts Monday–Friday 6:30am–10:30pm and Saturdays as needed. Prior medical office experience is preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and co-pays as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals and authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certifications.
• Complete miscellaneous front office tasks and projects.
