Qualifications

• One year of Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls efficiently and friendly.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients; relay scanner status and clinic information.
• Maintain lobby organization; restock supplies and assist with general office cleanup.
• Fax/scan reports, billing information, and medical release forms as requested.
• Complete patient appointment confirmations and provide preparation instructions.
