Job summary

BioMedical Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist I - Imaging to perform maintenance, installation support and troubleshooting on imaging equipment across assigned regions.

You will ensure timely completion of work and collaborate with customers to minimize service interruptions. The role requires technical certifications in imaging modalities, an associate degree in biomedical/electrical engineering technology, and a willingness to travel to Prime Healthcare hospitals as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in biomedical/electrical engineering technology or equivalent military education.
• Formal certification training in the low to medium-end imaging modalities.
• Working knowledge of Networking, PACS and DICOM standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty medical equipment services on various imaging modalities (CT, Cath Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound, Injectors).
• Perform preventive maintenance, installation support, testing, calibration and repair.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain service quality and timely scheduling.
