Key duties include maintaining product performance, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier technical service to dealers and end users. Candidates should have a technical background and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proven working experience with computers.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to rapidly understand the medical technology and healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with technical product information and prompt resolutions.
• Site visits for installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency service calls.
• Follow up with customers after repairs.
• Document all service-related issues from problem to resolution.
• Communicate technical information about products, installation, parts, and issues.
• Deep product knowledge to troubleshoot over the phone or via images.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing and management to propose durable solutions.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
