Job summary

You will diagnose issues to minimize downtime, complete quality checklists, perform PM inspections, and maintain documentation while collaborating with the CMSU Solutions Center. Credentialing including Covid vaccinations is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• 2-year associate's degree in Electronics technology or equivalent.
• 5 years field service experience.
• 3 years advanced electronics experience.
• Remote, field-based position in the USA near Pittsburgh, PA.
• Covid vaccinations credentialing required.

Responsibilities

• Install medical imaging equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Complete installation quality checklist.
• Perform PM inspections per equipment specifications and standards.
• Prepare work orders, parts orders, mileage logs, expense forms, time sheets.
• Maintain all assigned assets per company P&P.
• Improve productivity through training and knowledge updates.
• Service and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment across multiple products in one modality.
• Answer technical and applications questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with CMSU Solutions Center to analyze issues remotely.
