Job summary

A leading outpatient radiology organization is seeking Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot, install, and maintain MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as performing preventative maintenance and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and communication skills. Various locations are available, and relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field service experience with MRI, CT, and/or digital X-ray systems.
• Proficiency with service documentation, computer systems, and mobile tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and respond to on-call service needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and functional inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records in compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff through excellent communication.
