Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled maintenance and some unscheduled work within a service area. The role requires independent work on preventative tasks, installations, and coordination with technical support, while maintaining strong customer relations.

Responsibilities include administrative duties, daily customer communications, and adherence to FDA and ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of prior field service experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate test equipment (oscilloscope, meters, diagnostic testers).
• Strong written and verbal communication, and FDA/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Carry out unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
• Installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain good relations with customers, field personnel and management.
• Complete administrative tasks: timecards, work orders, service reports and QA paperwork.
• Travel as required and promote Fujifilm image to customers.
