Job summary

Arch Medical is seeking a Resident Engineer to service imaging systems within a defined geographic region, with relocation assistance and on-site visits to client sites near San Angelo, TX.

You will calibrate, repair, and maintain MRI, CT, X-ray equipment, perform diagnostics, document work, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with radiology teams. Travel between sites and fast problem resolution are essential.

Qualifications

• Calibrate, repair, and maintain imaging systems to OEM standards.
• Provide professional interactions with clinical and radiology teams.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on imaging modalities.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure asset management.
• Identify required parts and coordinate logistics with service operations.
• Complete detailed documentation and service reports promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Prioritize safety and follow all protocols.
• Deliver hands-on service across assigned facilities.
