Qualifications

• Associates Degree Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Related field, Biomedical Engineering Required
• Three years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced troubleshooting and repair on assigned equipment.
• Communicates with customers and serves as escalation point for customer-related concerns including installs.
• Owns customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution; coordinates with team as needed.
• Maintains service logs and internal records, orders parts, and tracks cycle times.
• Uses escalation process to define and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Leads and mentors less experienced engineers and provides technical feedback to the team.
• Maintains a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
