MaineGeneral Health has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Supervisor of Diagnostic Radiology in Augusta, ME. This role emphasizes optimizing team performance to deliver exceptional patient care and service, with autonomy to lead a skilled imaging team.

The candidate will report to the Director of Cardiology & Radiology and will be responsible for staffing, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fully digital environment.

Qualificações

• ARRT-registered radiologic technologist.
• Maine state radiologic technologist license.
• BLS Healthcare Provider preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience in radiology services.
• 5+ years experience in diagnostic radiology services.

Responsabilidades

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels; trains, coaches, and evaluates staff on performance expectations.
• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
• Assists with equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting; ensures regulatory compliance.
