Job summary

Unity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Radiology Workflow Assistant to support imaging operations at our Lafayette site. You will retrieve outside imaging studies and reports, upload and verify studies in PACS, and ensure all required materials are ready before radiologists interpret exams.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, good multitasking and computer skills, and prior medical office experience, with adherence to HIPAA standards and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieve outside imaging studies and reports.
• Upload and verify imaging studies in PACS.
• Confirm all required images and reports are available before radiologist interpretation.
• Ensure proper patient and examination within the imaging system.
• Communicate with imaging centers, facilities, and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
