Job summary

Medical Metrics Inc. (MMI) is seeking a Client Services Manager to be the primary point of contact for client relationships. You will lead proposal development, liaise with operations and finance, and drive retention and growth across key accounts in the CSS department.

The role requires strong communication and client-service skills, with experience in medical imaging or clinical research. A hybrid work setup is offered with in-office presence two days per week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate technical degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a technical or scientific field with project management in a B2B environment.
• Minimum 2 years in medical imaging or clinical research; familiarity with diagnostic modalities.
• Prior technical sales or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain routine communication with clients' senior management and executives.
• Pursue and support consulting opportunities and sales of value-added services.
• Develop proposals and capabilities presentations for business opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and scope changes for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with Production to provide routine project health summaries and status updates.
• Ensure responsive hand-offs from contracting to project initiation.
