Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive in a hybrid role to manage the experience for multi-million dollar accounts, coordinating activities from inception through live production for persona and manufacturing. You will be the primary liaison, delivering proactive account management and a high level of service to maximize client satisfaction.

You will partner with sales, production, and support teams to meet SLAs, generate and review weekly invoices, and ensure accurate monthly

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years customer service experience or account management.
• Command of the English, including spelling and grammar.
• Proven proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between IDEMIA and customers and ensures a high level of customer service.
• Maintain SLAs and commitment to customer experience; proactively collaborate with internal teams.
• Generate and validate weekly test invoices; ensure monthly invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Log and track complaints in CRM, coordinate resolutions, and follow through protocols.
• Manage customer supply chain, monitor material dates, and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Organize customer meetings and plant tours; maintain relationships with sales and customers.
