MedStar Radiology Network in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for a full-time position at our outpatient imaging center. The role oversees equipment, staffing, scheduling, finances, and patient service within a busy imaging operation.

The successful candidate will lead staff, coordinate training, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and administrators to improve performance and patient experience.

Competenze

• 3–5 years relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of modern supervisory techniques and healthcare operations.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, staff and patients.

Mansioni

• Oversee operations of imaging center areas: equipment, scheduling, finances, customer service.
• Develop staffing plans, recruit, orient and train new employees.
• Coordinate regular staff training, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment readiness; support quality assurance and safety programs.
• Collaborate with Administrator/Director and HR to ensure procedures and paperwork are completed timely.
• Lead efforts to improve patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
