MedStar Radiology Network in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a driven Clinical Manager for a full-time role at our outpatient imaging center. You will lead staffing, training, and daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and compliance with standards.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director, radiology faculty, and HR to optimize programs, performance reviews, and service delivery while maintaining excellent patient experience. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Must have 3-5 years relevant experience with at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing, Radiology, or Nuclear Medicine program; CRA preferred.
• Knowledge of modern business and supervisory techniques.

Mansioni

• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training for center operations.
• Develop and implement programs to improve quality and service.
• Coordinate daily activities and performance evaluations.
• Manage budget, inventory, and equipment readiness.
