The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in healthcare operations, strong HIPAA knowledge, and proven leadership. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business/health administration preferred.
• 2–5 years in healthcare operations or medical office management.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred, HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily imaging office operations with 10–25 staff.
• Lead front-desk, scheduling, and support teams to ensure patient experience.
• Coordinate patient flow and imaging schedules to minimize wait times.
• Monitor scheduling, registration, and insurance verification processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA adherence; handle staff onboarding.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and management reporting.
• Support technologists and clinic leadership with operational needs.
