Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network is seeking an experienced Director of Center Operations for a full-time role based at our Chevy Chase imaging center, overseeing operations across Chevy Chase, Rockville, and Olney. The Director will manage clinical and support services, budgeting, and policies to ensure excellent patient care and efficient operations.

The candidate must have leadership experience in healthcare, a strong background in imaging operations, and working knowledge of billing and payer

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in a hospital, health care, or related field.
• Knowledge of modern business practices, budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques.
• Working knowledge of clinical and/or imaging operations.
• Knowledge of imaging billing, payer contracts, and reimbursement practices.
• Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops collaborations with Medical Directors, Radiologists, and leadership to align objectives.
• Oversees sales, marketing, and daily workflows for imaging center operations.
• Directs service quality and patient experience improvements in multiple centers.
• Maintains CRM records and analyzes data to drive performance and growth.
• Ensures adherence to budgets, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provides training and performance feedback to direct reports.
