Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network is seeking a Director of Operations for its outpatient imaging centers located in Chevy Chase, Rockville, and Olney. The role requires senior leadership in radiology operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to drive center performance.

The position is full-time and based in Chevy Chase, MD, with responsibility across multiple centers and ongoing collaboration with administrators and radiology leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership and management in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques.
• Understanding of imaging or related clinical operations and billing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with Medical Directors, Radiologists and leadership.
• Oversee sales, marketing and staff training for imaging centers.
• Ensure compliant operations with imaging regulations and accreditation.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and performance to meet targets.
