Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network in Chevy Chase, Maryland is seeking an experienced Director of Center Operations to oversee radiology operations across outpatient centers in Chevy Chase, Rockville, and Olney. Reporting to the Administrator or VP, you will lead budgeting, staffing, and policy development while ensuring exceptional patient care and compliant operations.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of imaging billing and payer contracts, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate from an accredited program in Nursing, Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology, and/or equivalent in experience.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare operations and leadership is required.
• Knowledge of imaging billing, payer contracts, and reimbursement practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees radiology operations across outpatient centers (Chevy Chase, Rockville, Olney).
• Manages budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures.
• Maintains CRM and reporting for sales, operations, and patient data.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors, radiologists, and leadership to drive growth and service quality.
• Leads training and development of center staff and sales/marketing activities.
