Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent in Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience supervising or managing teams.
• Experience developing and generating management or summary reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage budgets and resources in a complex health system.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Radiology systems (PACS, STAT RAD, EPIC, MYCHART Scheduling).
• Manage radiology call center and front office functions for imaging.
• Plan and coordinate department activities to ensure quality access and scheduling.
• Develop data reporting systems and performance metrics for leadership.
• Support budgeting, capital planning and procurement for imaging equipment.
