Job summary

The position requires deep radiology knowledge and at least 5 years in supervision of a large imaging department, with strong budgeting, billing, and HR fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervision/management in a large imaging department.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Knowledge of budget, billing, cost accounting and HR concepts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiar with Radiological Sciences (Diagnostic, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, etc.).
• Experience in UC and/or union environment.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and management of imaging services at assigned facilities.
• Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance and financial management of imaging services.
• Collaborate with clinical/administrative leadership on capital and technology planning.
• Oversee workforce development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients, families and internal/external stakeholders.
