Job summary

UCI Health in Orange County seeks a Manager of Radiology Systems to oversee PACS, EPIC, and scheduling, leading front office operations and a team of reading clerks and analysts. The role includes budgeting, data reporting, performance improvement, and strategic collaboration with Biomedical and Procurement departments.

You will mentor staff, drive resource optimization, ensure compliance, and deliver timely imaging services across the health system while advancing quality and access to care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills with healthcare experience.
• Budgeting, cost accounting and HR knowledge relevant to healthcare.
• Experience in reporting and data visualization for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Radiology systems (PACS, STAT RAD, EPIC, MYCHART Scheduling) and front office functions.
• Plan, organize and coordinate Radiology Department activities for quality access and scheduling.
• Mentor analysts, develop data reporting systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
