Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a skilled syngo Service Manager to act as the on-site operational owner and first-line support lead for syngo.via and Digital & Automation imaging applications in Houston, TX. You will ensure system stability, clinical productivity, and coordination across clinical users, customer IT, and Siemens support teams.

The role focuses on application-level administration, user access, and contributing to upgrades, integrations, and training initiatives while tracking KPIs

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging.
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS/VNA concepts.
• Experience working with clinical users and workflows.
• Experience with syngo.via or Siemens D&A portfolio (preferred).
• Hybrid clinical and IT background (preferred).
• Experience in enterprise imaging environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and first-line support for syngo.via users.
• Resolve common issues and elevate complex cases with structured diagnostics.
• Monitor system health, connectivity, and data flows (DICOM/HL7).
• Perform application-level administration including user access and configuration.
• Support radiology and cardiology workflows and provide end-user support.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, IT, and Siemens service organizations.
• Assist with upgrades, integrations, and training initiatives.
• Support project coordination and continuous improvement efforts.
• Track KPIs such as uptime, incident response, and user adoption.
