Siemens Healthineers in Houston, TX is hiring a Service Manager to be the on-site operational owner for syngo.via and Digital & Automation imaging applications, ensuring system stability and clinical productivity.

You will coordinate with clinical users, customer IT, and Siemens service organizations, support upgrades and training, and track KPIs like uptime and user adoption in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging.
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS/VNA concepts.
• Experience working with clinical users and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary point of contact and first-line support for syngo.via users.
• Resolve common issues and escalated complex cases with structured diagnostics.
• Monitor system health, connectivity, and data flows (DICOM/HL7).
• Perform application-level administration including user access and configuration.
• Support radiology and cardiology workflows and provide end-user support.
• Coordinate with clinical teams, IT, and Siemens service organizations.
• Assist with upgrades, integrations, and training initiatives.
• Support project coordination and continuous improvement efforts.
• Track KPIs such as uptime, incident response, and user adoption.
