Job summary

Community Memorial Health System in Ventura is seeking a Clinical Imaging Applications Analyst to manage PACS, VNA, and related imaging software across facilities. The role includes ensuring image quality, workflow integrity, and EMR integration to support patient care.

The ideal candidate has extensive PACS experience, knowledge of DICOM/HL7, and familiarity with imaging networking concepts. Collaborative training for staff and ongoing system optimization are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Five (5) years of experience as a PACS Administrator or similar imaging software admin role.

Responsibilities

• Provides proactive maintenance and support for imaging systems across all facilities and imaging locations.
• Monitors image quality and enforces QC policies for all imaging modalities.
• Oversees image workflow between imaging systems, RIS, and EMR.
• Provides remote training to medical staff, technologists, and radiologists.
• Develops training programs for medical imaging staff.
