Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare seeks a Senior PACS Administrator / Imaging Informaticist to own the enterprise imaging environment across Visage PACS, Synapse CVIS, and EHR integrations. This senior role combines hands-on architecture with clinical workflow expertise to optimize imaging workflows in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer science, radiologic sciences, or related field.
• Eight or more years of PACS administration, imaging informatics, or enterprise imaging experience in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, integrity, and evolution of the enterprise imaging environment.
• Design and maintain Visage PACS and Fujifilm Synapse cardiovascular platforms.
• Lead cross-team troubleshooting during incidents and ensure proper ownership demarcation.
• Support migration to Visage 7 PACS and VNA through validation, testing and cutover planning.
• Serve as Tier III escalation for complex imaging system incidents and perform root cause analysis.
