Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in manufacturing or development environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the CFA process to diagnose issues.
• Apply SPC and data analysis to investigate control charts and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate process results with statistical methods and drive yield improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address manufacturing issues and develop solutions.
• Maintain and improve CFA process performance for efficient imager CFA development.
• Collaborate with CFA teams on process, tool, and materials development.
• Design and run experiments, inspections, and metrology tasks for CFA fab.
• Document experiments clearly for training team members.
• Develop metrology skills for in-depth product analysis and data collection.
• Work with shift engineers on fab issues and implement solutions.
