Job summary

The position requires an associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience, with preferred exposure to DNS/Screen Coat, Canon steppers, CFA processing, and SPC.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DNS/Screen Coat and developing tracks is a plus.
• Understanding CFA processing and SPC is a plus.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment with chemicals and wet process equipment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• React to manufacturing priorities with the production team during shifts.
• Coordinate with CFA shift equipment team to address priorities for the shift.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Document maintenance work in MaiMa and ensure proper E-10 state logging.
• Document lot/wafer specifics not run through standard processing.
• Ensure equipment is production-ready after maintenance.
• Apply troubleshooting when addressing down equipment issues.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications for equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with tool owners to improve work instructions and procedures.
• Learn SPC and data analysis to monitor control charts.
