Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an Image Management Specialist II to support daily image management, PACS, and clinical reading functions. responsibilities include 2nd level support, escalation, and developing operating standards.

Requires a high school diploma and radiology ops experience; on-call as needed with travel between sites. Preferred: IT/health care degree and CIIP certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' radiology ops or health care project management experience.
• Experience with PACS and teleradiology processes and equipment.
• Must be able to work on call and travel between sites; valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Preferred: Associate's degree (IT/health care field), Radiologic Technologist certification, CIIP.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for image services and escalate when needed.
• Lead on imaging services issues; follow through to resolution.
• Monitor ticketing system for critical issues and test new routes.
• Assist in developing image management standards, policies, and procedures.
• Interface with IT, engineers, radiologists to ensure smooth PACS operation.
