Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, information systems analysis, or database management.
• ARRT certification is required.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PACS operations, including maintenance and user access.
• Serve as liaison between facility, PACS vendors, radiologists and other parties.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for PACS-related applications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and escalate hardware or software issues as needed.
• Administer system access by creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts.
• Facilitate data storage, organization, and retrieval with data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to integrate PACS with hospital systems.
