Job summary

This role requires 1–2 years in radiologic tech or IT/db environments; ARRT and BCLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, information systems analysis, or database management.
• ARRT certification required; BCLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day PACS operations including system maintenance and user access.
• Liaises between the facility, PACS vendors, radiologists and other stakeholders.
• Provides user training and ongoing PACS support.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and HIPAA adherence; supports quality initiatives.
• Monitors system performance and escalates hardware/software issues to vendors.
• Investigates operational issues and proposes PACS improvements.
• Manages user accounts and access controls for PACS systems.
• Facilitates data storage, organization, and retrieval of imaging records.
• Collaborates with IT and clinical staff to integrate PACS with hospital systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
