Philips is seeking a Sales Support, Clinical Specialist for Image Guided Therapy in the Los Angeles area. The role involves supporting territory and regional sales efforts, building strong hospital-based relationships and collaborating with Marketing and R&D. The candidate should have a hospital/medical background and relevant licenses.

The position requires willingness to travel, including overnights, and involves field-based duties with substantial time outside company facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct experience in a hospital/medical setting.
• License as CRT, CVT, RN, CVIS or RCIS.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for this sales position.
• Strong communication, customer service, training and motivational skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports Territory Manager(s) and Regional Sales Manager with sales activities including coverage and uncovering opportunities for IGTD product penetration.
• Works independently to achieve business objectives and sales metrics for Philips IGTD division.
• Builds solid customer relations with hospital staff, training/education, research, and supporting equipment and software.
• Interfaces with Marketing, R&D and other internal groups to quantify needs and provide intelligence on competitors and product enhancements.
• Provides ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.
