Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an Image Technician to maintain the look, function, and condition of about 40 RaceTrac stores in the region. You’ll perform maintenance, repairs, painting, and image-related tasks, with larger issues reported via Service Channel. The home store is 5150 Dr. MLK Blvd.

Qualifications

• At least one year of facility maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge preferred.
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures preferred.
• Comfort using common hand and power tools and basic office equipment.
• Experience supporting maintenance in a retail environment preferred.
• Maintenance or repair certifications are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and structures to identify malfunctions and repair needs.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Prepare and paint walls, refrigerators, floors, doors, and fixtures.
• Order parts, maintain inventory, and document activities.
• Report repair needs through Service Channel and follow safety policies.
• Support maintenance needs across multiple RaceTrac stores.
