Job summary

Bennett Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Associate Engineer I to work at Kennedy Space Center, FL, handling image analysis, IT support, and laboratory equipment tasks. The role requires 5+ years of experience in image analysis, CAD, and IT, with security clearance requirements.

The position supports 2-D/3-D motion analysis, imaging, CAD data extraction, and software tools such as ProAnalyst, TEMA, TrackEye, and video editing suites. It is located on-site at KSC with a security-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

BS degree in IT or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience.
Experience in image analysis, 2-D/3-D motion analysis, photography, video editing, and CAD.
Strong IT troubleshooting, system configuration, and data management skills.
Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform 2-D/3-D motion analysis and support image analysis of standard, high-speed, and infrared imagery.
Operate, test, maintain, and evaluate imagery systems; apply photography concepts and exposure.
Perform video editing using DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro; edit and manipulate imagery.
Navigate CAD systems to extract coordinates and data; support basic design/modification in MAYA, Creo, SolidWorks.
Manage laboratory IT: computers, servers, storage, backups, access controls, and security.
Maintain documentation and support internal laboratory software/tools; coordinate with staff for reliability.
