Job summary

• High School diploma or equivalent with healthcare coordination experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive clerical and coordination experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the IM Residents regarding ACGME reporting and oversight.
• Enter and maintain residency data in New Innovations and Med Hub for resident information and dashboards.
• Generate reports on procedural logs, evaluations, and duty hours.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview day logistics for IM Residents.
• Maintain regulatory databases and ensure accuracy of resident information for ABIM reporting.
• Assist with front office training and CME/Grand Rounds scheduling.
