Job summary

Daifuku Co., Ltd. in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Project Coordinator for Field Service/ RSS to oversee projects from initiation to closure and manage budgets.

You will track costs, prepare invoices, schedule meetings, and provide financial support to the department, while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.

• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel a strong plus; SAP experience helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to read complex requests.
