Job summary

Daifuku North America seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage Field Service/Resident System Support projects, track financials, and ensure timely invoicing. You will support departmental financial activities and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP and Excel; on-site work in Bolingbrook, IL will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel a strong plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Able to read and decipher complex job requests; problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversees projects from creation to closure.
• Track project costs and budget requirements.
• Create invoices and complete customer requested submission.
• Set up and host meetings in support of departmental/project financials.
• Provide backup support for the Technical Support Coordinator.
• Issue POs to subcontractors for service and parts.
• Cross training and other responsibilities as needed by Management.
