Hepburn and Sons, LLC in Manassas is seeking an Analyst to support the PMS 443 BI program office, contributing to ship modernization and fleet readiness. You will research acquisition topics, develop strategic communications, and coordinate actions with government managers and Navy senior leaders.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, five years of related experience, and strong data analysis plus MS Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate related experience.
• Minimum of five years’ related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and background screening.
• Understanding of US Navy mission, purpose, function, and organization.
• Experience with US Navy programs or operations.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams and manage multiple duties.

Mansioni

• Provide direct support to PMS 443 Bridge Systems APM in strategic initiatives.
• Research Acquisition Topics, DOD 5000, OTA acquisitions, and Milestone Requirements for ACAT programs.
• Develop communication strategy, messages, and briefing materials for Navy senior leaders.
• Support government managers in acquisition activities related to design, development, testing, production, deployment or support.
• Track schedules, record actions, and coordinate proposed solutions to issues.
• Work independently with minimal guidance.
• Develop concepts, strategies, processes for ILS in acquisition and sustainment.
• Identify acquisition logistics actions for Government customers.
• Apply Acquisition Logistics principles and techniques in tasks.
• Guide less experienced team members and foster teamwork.
• Travel less than 5% for PM Reviews and coordination trips.
• Access Navy enterprise programs such as NDE and NEPS to gather and update program data.
