Job summary

Quva in Bloomsbury, NJ is hiring a Production Technician I – ILP for 2nd shift (Wed-Sat, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM). After training, you will support inspection, labeling and packaging, following SOPs and GDPs to ensure safe, effective medicines and compliant documentation.

This full-time, safety-sensitive role may involve drug testing, routine cleaning, line clearances, and collaboration across departments. A high school diploma or GED is required; color and vision exams, background check, and work

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass color perception exam and vision exam with 20/20 vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for full-time work; Quva will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging room materials.
• Label and process production materials as required.
• Clean room and equipment daily/bi-weekly/monthly and complete maintenance checklists.
• Complete line and room clearances per procedures.
• Document accountability and traceability per GDPs; comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Comply with 503B guidelines; SOPs and policies.
• Perform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Document activities per procedures.
• Notify management of deviations from established processes.
• Support other areas as needed (cleaning; kitting; etc.).
• Labeling and packaging of products.
• Visual inspection of product.
• Maintain inspection-ready environment and support audits.
