CIBC is seeking a Market Head, Illinois Private Banking in Chicago to lead our largest private banking market, guiding banker teams and overseeing client growth, deposits, lending, and revenue with executive presence.

You will shape integrated strategies with US Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management, drive private equity partner coverage, and align market priorities with the broader franchise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD strongly preferred.
• 15+ years in private banking, wealth management, or private client banking.
• Experience leading a large regional team with market-level profit and loss accountability.
• Strong client and credit judgment.
• Established Chicago market presence or ability to build quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Illinois market strategy and performance, with accountability for client growth, deposits, lending, revenue, and market execution across Chicago and Illinois submarkets.
• Build, coach, and grow the franchise's largest banker team with focus on development and performance.
• Deepen executive client relationships, managing top clients and complex opportunities.
• Drive franchise integration with US Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management through coordinated coverage.
• Advance private equity partner coverage across the Chicago market with internal coordination.
• Contribute as a senior franchise leader, shaping business direction and aligning market strategy with franchise priorities.
