Atlas, a trusted environmental and infrastructure consultant, is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead petroleum-related projects across Illinois, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will manage scope, schedule and budget, supervise field staff, and prepare technical reports for active and former retail facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Geology, Biology, Hydrology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or a related field.
• Ability to manage, prepare, and review technical reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical reports for the Petroleum/EM service line.
• Manage Petroleum and other environmental projects, including Illinois-based projects.
• Support 7‑Eleven, Speedway, and Marathon projects and client needs.
• Perform technical reviews and ensure quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
• Manage and oversee field staff activities and performance.
• Coordinate and prioritize day‑to‑day project tasks and workload.
• Collaborate with project teams to support successful project execution.
• Abide by Atlas’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
