Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in reliability, maintenance, failure analysis, or equipment instrumentation.
• Hands-on prototyping and testing of sensors and instrumentation.
• Ability to scope, research, and report with limited supervision while working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand the equipment, systems, and process; read drawings and specs.
• Investigate failures and determine root cause; perform FMEA/FMECA analyses.
• Research detection technologies and select sensors for industrial environments.
• Build prototypes and run pilots/PoCs in lab, shop, and field.
• Integrate validated findings into IIoT product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Organize failure data and document standards for scalability.
• Drive KPIs, deployment, and stakeholder engagement; plan and deliver in agile cadence.
• Build business cases and lifecycle/cost reporting to support technology solutions.
